”My mission is to live a fulfilled life and enjoy as I gather my experiences”
This is the answer that comes to mind when I ask myself about my mission in life. However, there are so many times I need to get out of my head so that I can stop overthinking. I know I am not alone in these?’battles’ if all of us could just be honest with ourselves.

In her book, The Battlefield of the Mind, Joyce Meyer gives an outline of these wars engraved in our minds. People worry about their thoughts and memories of the past and their experiences, which creates fear of the unknown, which is tomorrow. By doing this, we forget the now.

We are alive now, 80% of what we worry about hasn’t even happened, 10% has already happened and we have no control of that; the other 10% is worth worrying about and we can strategize and make plans to overcome it, e.g., debt. Well am not an expert in these but, I read some books and been practicing skills in personal development. We grow everyday when we endeavor to better ourselves at least 1% today, double the next day and triple the day after next and after one week repeat the process. You will find that you shall be an expert in what you want to become and in the mission you want accomplish.

Whatever you define success to be, remain focused, committed with discipline, knowing that whatever you think about, you bring about!
