What makes you nervous?
One thing that makes me nervous is entering a room when late and finding everyone has just introduced themselves and everyone looks at me. The MC then confirms my fears that am next. My brain will first go into a spiral and I need a moment there and then to focus and arrange my thoughts. In my mind am like….so how do I start. Brain freeze is real. And that deep breath really works wonders…..
